AI Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026.

Scope and permitted use

AI Staging Photos is for real-estate virtual staging and room design. This policy covers uploaded photographs, edit instructions, generated images and furniture layers, including material you download or share. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Upload room photographs you are authorized to use; keep unnecessary personal information and identifiable people out of them.

Content standards and prohibited categories

You must not upload, request, generate, edit, store or distribute any of these six categories through the service:

1. Pornography / NSFW: Explicit sexual content, sexual services, fetish imagery or sexualized nudity. The service is not an adult-content generator.
2. Violence / gore: Graphic injury, gore, torture, or imagery that threatens people, glorifies violence or supports terrorism.
3. Hate speech: Content that dehumanizes, threatens or encourages discrimination or violence against people on the basis of protected characteristics, including race, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation or disability.
4. Child-unsafe content / CSAM: Any sexual exploitation, sexualization or abuse of a person under 18, including synthetic or fictional child sexual abuse material, or content that facilitates child exploitation. This is prohibited without exception.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: Deceptive depictions of real people or organizations, non-consensual intimate imagery, forged identities or documents, or false endorsements. Do not portray AI output as evidence of something a real person did.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: Material that infringes another party's copyrights, trademarks, privacy or image rights, including unauthorized copying, counterfeit branding or removal of rights notices. Use only photos and other source material for which you have a lawful basis.

Do not use generated property images to conceal structural defects, invent permanent features or misrepresent a listing. Review the original and output, disclose virtual staging when publishing, and follow applicable listing requirements. Do not bypass safety checks, abuse accounts or submit instructions designed to override these restrictions.

Platform content moderation

Generation is limited to room photographs and furniture-related workflows. We use Volcengine Ark's image-generation service and its input/output safety restrictions. The provider can reject unsafe prompts, source images or generated images. Our server does not deliver a result when that request is rejected or returns an error; failed jobs do not consume credits. These checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee detection of every violation.

The site operator manually reviews content reports, account activity relevant to a report, and provider failures where investigation is needed. Review is limited to what is necessary to handle the case and follows our Privacy Policy. We do not claim that a person pre-approves every image or that we have a 24-hour moderation team.

Report content or abuse

Email zydx520@gmail.com with the subject Content safety report. You do not need an account to report a concern. Include a job/order reference or page URL if available, the relevant category and a short explanation. Rights holders may identify the original work and explain their rights.

Do not email illegal imagery, especially suspected CSAM. Provide a reference and description instead. We limit disclosure of reporter details to handling the report, our service providers where needed, and legal obligations. We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days and prioritize credible child-safety concerns, threats and other serious harm. This mailbox is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and evidence, we may warn the account holder, reject a request, remove or disable access to stored generated content, or suspend an account during investigation. Confirmed serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination. Child sexual exploitation and credible threats receive priority action; where required, we preserve relevant evidence and report to the appropriate authorities. We cannot erase copies already downloaded or published elsewhere. Refunds are handled under the Terms and applicable law, not automatically decided by a content report.

Appeals

If you think a restriction is mistaken, email zydx520@gmail.com with the subject Content decision appeal, the decision or job reference and your explanation. The operator will reconsider the available evidence, tell you the outcome and correct an erroneous restriction where possible. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
