What makes a photo suitable for virtual staging?
A sharp, well-lit photo with visible floor and clear room boundaries gives you a useful reference for checking the result. An empty room works best for Stage. A furnished photo belongs in Redesign, where the furniture and decor may change. Select the actual room type before generating; it guides which furnishings are proposed.
A checked box records your own review, not an automated certification. AI can alter a window, hide a defect or invent a reflection. Do not use a result as a faithful listing image if it misrepresents the original property. The requirements of the listing destination still need to be checked.
Keep the checklist with your handoff
The plain-text download works without an account or JavaScript and can be added to your project notes. On-page checks last for this visit. You may share the checklist with clients; a link to this page is welcome and is not required.
Our property package groups Originals, Staged and Disclosure files. Check the downloaded files themselves before delivery. Your original uploads currently live in this browser, so keep independent backups.
The disclosure guide includes a dated CRMLS Rule 11.5.2 example and a link to the source. Check captions and image order in the published listing itself; including a disclosure inside the ZIP does not add one to a portal.
Next, explore the room-by-room design guides, estimate credits for the photo set, or upload a property.
