What should I do before virtually staging a listing?

Start with a sharp photo you have permission to edit. Choose Stage for a vacant room, select its actual room type and try a furnishing style that leaves the important property features visible. Compare the result against the original at full size before selecting it. Finish by saving both images and applying the disclosure required by the destination where the listing will appear.

Use the room guides for placement decisions, the calculator for generation attempts and the disclosure guide for the publishing handoff. A visually pleasing result still needs a check of doors, windows, finishes and furniture scale.

A photo concept or a listing image?

AI interior design helps you explore a furnishing direction in a room that may already be occupied. Virtual staging adds movable furnishings to an empty photo while aiming to preserve the property. Review every result against the original: neither mode supplies measured floor plans or guarantees that a piece of furniture will fit.

Start with the AI room designer, compare the living room before-and-after examples, or organize a whole property. For a listing, keep the originals and disclose digitally added furniture.
